These terms govern your use of this website and enrollment in Guardyxa programs. Local consumer laws apply in addition to these terms where relevant.

Acceptable use

• Participate respectfully and follow facilitator guidance.
• Use materials for personal or organizational learning per license.
• Do not misuse platforms or infringe others’ rights.

Enrollment & payment

Prices are listed in SGD unless stated otherwise and may be updated from time to time. When you submit an enrollment request, we confirm session details and next steps. Any applicable taxes or fees will be noted at checkout or in the invoice.

Schedule changes

We may adjust dates or facilitators when necessary. We will communicate changes and provide alternatives where feasible.

Program delivery

Programs are delivered with reasonable care and skill. We do not make outcome promises. Syllabi and materials may evolve to improve clarity.

Refund policy

• Withdrawals: Full refund if requested ≥7 calendar days before the start date.
• Partial refund: 50% if requested 3–6 days before the start date.
• No refund: Less than 72 hours before start, except where required by law.
• Team cohorts: Custom schedules follow the statement of work.

Limitations of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guardyxa is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use or inability to use the site or programs. Nothing limits statutory consumer rights.
